djiindex respects intellectual property rights. Use this process to report alleged copyright infringement.

Notice of alleged infringement
If you believe that material on djiindex.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL on djiindex.com sufficient to permit us to locate it;
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright ownerโs behalf.

Notices that are incomplete or sent through a different channel may be delayed. We may publish a redacted copy of the notice (e.g. through a transparency log) consistent with applicable law.
Counter-notice
If material you posted has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice complying with 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(g). Send it to [email protected] with the subject line โDMCA Counter-Noticeโ. We may forward your counter-notice (including your contact information) to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
Consistent with the DMCA and applicable law, we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Note that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages.
Non-U.S. notices
If you are sending a copyright complaint under the EU Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790), the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, or another non-U.S. regime, please clearly state the legal basis and include equivalent information so that we can act on your notice.
