1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of djiindex.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

DJI Index compares the prices shown on DJI’s official online store in different countries. DJI Index is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by DJI, and is not sponsored by DJI Technology Co., Ltd. Prices on the Site are collected from DJI’s online stores once a day and shown with the date they were checked, as described on the methodology page.

3. No advice; informational only

Content on djiindex is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, customs, financial or professional advice. Cross-border purchases may carry import duties, customs fees, warranty restrictions or legal requirements (such as drone registration) that vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any purchase for your situation before acting on information shown here.

4. Prices are checked once a day

Prices on the Site are the prices DJI’s online store showed when they were last checked, on the date shown next to each price. They are checked once a day, not continuously, and can change at any time. Prices checked more than 72 hours before the Site was last built are left out of comparisons. Pricing data is provided “as is” and may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. Prices exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes due when a product is brought into another country. Converted amounts use exchange rates from the date shown next to them and exclude bank and card fees. The price on the store’s checkout page is the one that applies, so check it before you buy. Tax rates, refund eligibility and stock change often. DJI Index is not responsible for any decision you make based on data shown on the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, copy, mirror, frame, sell, sublicense or redistribute the Site or its contents without our prior written permission, except for reasonable use of public data with attribution and a link back
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, disrupt or overload the Site or its infrastructure (including via automated requests at unreasonable rates)
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site
• Use the Site to train any machine learning model or large language model without our prior written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate djiindex or any third party

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, code, text, layout and original compilations, is owned by djiindex and is protected by copyright and other laws. DJI and all DJI product names, logos and marks are trademarks of DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and are used here for descriptive identification only. See our trademark disclaimer.

7. No affiliate links or advertising

The Site does not use affiliate links, does not earn commissions and does not show advertising. See our disclosure.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including DJI’s online stores, retailers and news outlets). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, terms or privacy practices. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DJIINDEX OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING CONSUMER STATUTORY RIGHTS).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless djiindex and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you a non-waivable right to proceed in your local courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
