2. About the Site

djiindex is an independent price-comparison resource for DJI products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DJI Technology Co., Ltd. We display pricing data sourced from official DJI regional stores and related public information.

3. No advice; informational only

Content on djiindex is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, customs, financial or professional advice. Cross-border purchases may carry import duties, customs fees, warranty restrictions or legal requirements (such as drone registration) that vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any purchase for your situation before acting on information shown here.

4. Pricing accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep prices current, but pricing data is provided “as is” and may be incorrect, incomplete, stale, or out of date. Currency conversion uses live mid-market rates and the price shown on a retailer’s checkout page may differ. Tax rates, refund eligibility and stock status change frequently. djiindex is not responsible for any decision you make based on data shown on the Site.

• Use the Site to train any machine learning model or large language model without our prior written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate djiindex or any third party

The Site, including its design, code, text, layout and original compilations, is owned by djiindex and is protected by copyright and other laws. DJI and all DJI product names, logos and marks are trademarks of DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and are used here for descriptive identification only. See our trademark disclaimer.

7. Affiliate links

Some links on djiindex are affiliate links. If you click them and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships do not affect our pricing comparisons or rankings.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including official DJI stores and retailers). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, terms or privacy practices. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DJIINDEX OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you a non-waivable right to proceed in your local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
